sch.11-sec.19 Applications for surveillance device warrants— Act , s 328
This section sets out the responsibilities of a senior officer who applies for a surveillance device warrant under section 328 of the Act . The senior officer must ensure that, if reasonably practicable, a lawyer approved by the commissioner— assists the officer to prepare the application; and represents the officer at the hearing of the application.
