sch.1-sec.1 Meaning of particular terms
In this schedule— a ticket or tab , in relation to a dangerous drug, is a substance containing not more than 0.00004g of the drug that is prepared or apparently prepared to be administered as a single dose; and a pill , tablet or capsule , in relation to a dangerous drug, is a substance containing not more than 0.7g of the drug that is prepared or apparently prepared to be administered as a single dose.
- (a) a ticket or tab , in relation to a dangerous drug, is a substance containing not more than 0.00004g of the drug that is prepared or apparently prepared to be administered as a single dose; and
- (b) a pill , tablet or capsule , in relation to a dangerous drug, is a substance containing not more than 0.7g of the drug that is prepared or apparently prepared to be administered as a single dose.
