11 Prescribed amounts for purposes of section 49 of Act
(1) For the purposes of section 49(6)(a)(i) of the Act, the prescribed amount is $10 000 000.
(2) For the purposes of section 49(6)(a)(ii) of the Act, the prescribed amount is $15 000 000.
(3) For the purposes of section 49(6)(a)(iii) of the Act, the prescribed amount is $15 000 000.
