73 Act not to affect rights of the Crown
(1) *[Section 73 Subsection (1) amended by No. 68 of 1994, s. 3 and Sched. 1 ]*Nothing in this Act shall affect or apply to any right, title, or interest of the Crown, or in any way limit the Royal Prerogative.
(2) Nothing in this Act shall prejudice or affect the operation of the Criminal Code .
