### 43C Unauthorized access to a computer > *\[Section 43C Inserted by No. 13 of 1990, s. 8 \]*A person who, without lawful excuse, intentionally gains access to a computer, system of computers or any part of a system of computers, is guilty of an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding 20 penalty units and imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years.
