### 43A Computer-related fraud
> *\[Section 43A Inserted by No. 13 of 1990, s. 8 \]*A person who, with intent to defraud –

> > > (a) destroys, damages, erases, alters or otherwise manipulates data stored in, or used in connection with, a computer; or
