37W Advice to registered operator of date of hearing

[Section 37W Amended by No. 62 of 2009, s. 18, Applied:11 Dec 2009] As soon as reasonably practicable after a date is set for the hearing of an application for a forfeiture order for a clamped or confiscated vehicle, the Court is to give written notice of the date, time and place of the hearing to –

(a) [Section 37W Amended by No. 62 of 2009, s. 18, Applied:11 Dec 2009] the offending driver; and

(b) any registered operator of the vehicle who can be ascertained after reasonable inquiry; and

(c) any owner of the vehicle who can be ascertained after reasonable inquiry.
