### 37W Advice to registered operator of date of hearing
> [*\[Section 37W Amended by No. 62 of 2009, s. 18, Applied:11 Dec 2009\]*](/view/html/inforce/2009-12-11/act-2009-062#GS18@Hpa@EN) As soon as reasonably practicable after a date is set for the hearing of an application for a forfeiture order for a clamped or confiscated vehicle, the Court is to give written notice of the date, time and place of the hearing to –
>

> >
> > > (b) any registered operator of the vehicle who can be ascertained after reasonable inquiry; and
