### 37E Penalty
> *\[Section 37E Inserted by No. 23 of 1973, s. 2 \]**\[Section 37E Amended by No. 13 of 1987, s. 5 and Sched. 1 \]*A person who is convicted of an offence under [section 37B](#GS37B@EN) or [section 37C](#GS37C@EN) is liable to a penalty not exceeding 50 penalty units or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years.
