> > (1) [*\[Section 37AA Subsection (1) amended by No. 27 of 2020, s. 27, Applied:01 Jul 2021\]*](/view/html/inforce/2021-07-01/act-2020-027#GS27@EN) A person who unlawfully sets fire to any property, and the fire causes damage to any property, is guilty of an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding 100 penalty units or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years, or both.
