14D Alternative convictions
*[Section 14D Inserted by No. 82 of 1973, s. 3 ]*Where a person who is charged with an offence under section 14A is found not guilty of the offence with which he is charged, he may be convicted of an offence under section 14B or section 14C if it is established by the evidence to have been committed by him.
