### 14D Alternative convictions > *\[Section 14D Inserted by No. 82 of 1973, s. 3 \]*Where a person who is charged with an offence under [section 14A](#GS14A@EN) is found not guilty of the offence with which he is charged, he may be convicted of an offence under [section 14B](#GS14B@EN) or [section 14C](#GS14C@EN) if it is established by the evidence to have been committed by him.
