##### 625. Disciplinary proceedings Where proceedings are taken pursuant to section 23 of the Act — (a) the charge shall be in writing on a form in the form of the disciplinary charge sheet set out in the First Schedule; (b) the officer in charge of the region or branch shall cause a copy of the disciplinary charge sheet containing the charge to be served on the member charged with the offence before he or she pleads to the charge; (c) the officer in charge of the region or branch in which the member is stationed shall take reasonable steps to secure the attendance at the hearing of all persons whose names and addresses have been supplied by the accused member as witnesses on his or her behalf.
