303Officers in control

##### 303. Officers in control (1) Each police region shall be under an officer known as the regional officer who shall be the officer in charge of the region. (2) The regional officer is responsible for the discipline of all members and APLOs stationed in the region. (3) Each police division shall be under the control of an officer who shall be known as the divisional officer. (4) Each police sub‑division shall be under the control of an officer, non‑commissioned officer or constable, as the case may be, who shall be known as the officer in charge of the sub‑division.
