##### 1404. Leave entitlement to be paid out On the death of a member, the Minister may, on the recommendation of the Commissioner grant to the spouse or de facto partner and other relatives of the member who were dependent on the member at the date of his or her death the monetary equivalent, computed to the date of death, of — (a) annual leave accrued and owing to the member; (b) long service leave accrued and owing to the member; (c) pro rata leave for each completed month of service of the member in the current year.
