##### 1309. Incapacity resulting from another occupation Subject to regulation 1308(1), where the incapacity of a member results from the carrying on by the member of an occupation for which the member received or expected to receive remuneration, outside of the member’s duties as a member, the Commissioner may grant or refuse to grant paid leave to the member in respect of the incapacity or may grant the member leave at a reduced rate of pay.
