Medical and hospital expenses where member’s illness results from duties Subject to regulation 1308(2), the Commissioner shall pay the reasonable medical and hospital expenses incurred by a member as a result of illness or injury arising out of or in the course of the member’s duties or suffered by the member in the course of travel to or from a place of duty.
