Annual leave to be taken according to roster (1) Subject to these regulations, a member shall only take annual leave in accordance with the dates indicated in relation to the member on the roster of annual leave applicable in that year unless the dates on the roster are altered. (2) The Commissioner or the officer in charge concerned may alter the dates indicated on the roster of annual leave either in relation to a particular member, or generally.
