97 Staff of Appeal Boards (1) There shall be a Registrar of Appeal Boards who shall be appointed by the Minister. (2) The Registrar shall perform such duties and functions as are provided by or under this Act and such other duties and functions as a Chairman of an Appeal Board directs. (3) The Registrar, and the staff necessary to assist the Registrar, shall be persons appointed or employed under this Act or the Public Sector Employment and Management Act 1993.
