89 Action following review If a member on whom a notice under section 87 is served indicates that the member agrees with the Commissioner's assessment or, as a consequence of a review referred to in section 88(1), the Commissioner remains of the opinion on the same or different grounds revealed by the review, the Commissioner may take no action or: (a) direct the member to take any leave that has accrued to the member under this Act; (b) stand the member down from the Police Force, on full salary on compassionate grounds, for a period not exceeding 3 months; (c) transfer the member to other duties, including duties (and at a rate of salary) of a lower rank; or (d) advise the member, in writing, that the Commissioner intends to retire the member from the Police Force.
