54 Consent agreement binding on all parties (1) Every consent agreement shall during its continuance be binding on the Crown, the Commissioner and the members of the Police Force to whom it is expressed to relate. Police Administration Act 1978 37 (2) A person shall not: (a) fail or omit to abide by a term of a consent agreement; or (b) do, or procure any person to do, anything in wilful contravention of the provisions of a consent agreement.
