48 Offences by witnesses (1) A person appearing as a witness before the Tribunal must not refuse to take an oath when required by the Tribunal to do so or to answer any question relevant to the proceedings before the Tribunal which is put to him by the Tribunal. (2) Nothing in subsection (1) shall be construed as compelling a person to answer any question which would tend to incriminate him.
