43 Determination binding on all parties (1) Any determination made by the Tribunal in pursuance of this Act shall be binding on the Crown, the Commissioner and the members of the Police Force to whom it is expressed to relate. (2) A person shall not: (a) fail or omit to abide by any determination; or (b) do, or procure any person to do, anything in contravention of the provisions of a determination.
