40 Meetings may be requested (1) The Secretary must, at the written request of the Commissioner or the Police Association, call a meeting of the Chairperson, the Commissioner and the Police Association about matters relating to the remuneration or terms and conditions of service of members of the Police Force, or both. (2) The Secretary must call a meeting under subsection (1) within 14 days after receiving the request or, if it is not practicable to do so within 14 days, as soon as practicable after receiving the request.
