15B Eligibility for appointment to Police Force (1) The Commissioner may determine the criteria for eligibility of a person for appointment to the Police Force. (2) A person is eligible for appointment to the Police Force if the person satisfies the criteria. (3) A determination under subsection (1) must be published in the Police Gazette as soon as practicable after it is made.
