14C Disciplinary procedures The Commissioner may, for the purposes of the general control and management of the Police Force, issue instructions relating to the counselling and cautioning of members (including the issuing of written cautions to members) who commit breaches of discipline that are of such minor nature as not to warrant action being taken under Part IV.
