14B Commissioner may transfer members
The Commissioner may, as the Commissioner thinks fit, after giving
a member written notice, transfer the member:
(a) from the position held by the member in the Police Force to
another position in the Police Force; and/or
(b) from the locality in the Territory where the member is stationed
to another locality in the Territory.
