135G Revocation of public disorder declaration (1) The Commissioner may revoke a public disorder declaration at any time, whether or not the duration of the declaration has been extended under section 135F. (2) A revocation must be made in writing or, if it is not reasonably practicable in the circumstances for it to be made in writing, may be made orally. (3) A revocation takes effect immediately on being made. (4) A written revocation must be published in the Gazette as soon as reasonably practicable after it is made. (5) If a revocation is made orally, as soon as reasonably practicable after it is made, it must be confirmed in writing and the written confirmation must be published in the Gazette.
