127A Intoxicated person
For this Division, a person is intoxicated if:
(a) the person's speech, balance, coordination or behaviour
appears to be noticeably impaired; and
(b) it is reasonable in the circumstances to believe the impairment
results from the consumption or use of alcohol or a drug.
