#### 95A Arrangements for use by other agencies of members of NSW Police Force 95A Arrangements for use by other agencies of members of NSW Police Force > > (1) The Commissioner may enter into arrangements with a government agency (whether or not of New South Wales) for the use, by such an agency, of the services of members of the NSW Police Force (by way of secondment or otherwise). > > > (2) While performing services for any such agency, a police officer retains rank, seniority and remuneration as a police officer and may continue to act as a police officer of that rank.
