#### 47 Proceedings before Police Tribunal 47 Proceedings before Police Tribunal > Proceedings before the Police Tribunal that were commenced under this Act before the commencement of Schedule 1 \[5\] to the amending Act are to be dealt with, and any order or decision of the Tribunal in any such proceedings is to be given effect to, as if the amending Act had not been enacted.
