#### 175 Proceedings on a review 175 Proceedings on a review > > (1) The Commission is to commence hearing an application for a review under this Division within 4 weeks after the application is made. > > > (2) The applicant has at all times the burden of establishing that the order to which the application relates is beyond power or is harsh, unreasonable or unjust.
