84AA Prescription of type B drug of addiction—the Act, s 28(5)
(1) A medical practitioner may prescribe a type B drug of addiction in the following circumstances—
(a) the prescription is for esketamine for treating treatment-resistant depression,
(b) the prescription is authorised by an authority under Part 8.
(2) A medical practitioner does not require an authority under the Act, section 29 to prescribe a type B drug of addiction in accordance with this clause.
