#### 68I Category 1 and category 2 requirements—the Act, s 18D(2) 68I Category 1 and category 2 requirements—the Act, s 18D(2) > Note. > > The Act, section 18D(2) provides that a person who contravenes a category 1 or category 2 requirement is guilty of an offence. The maximum penalty for a category 1 requirement is 1,000 penalty units for a corporation and 200 penalty units or imprisonment for 6 months, or both, for an individual.
