#### 178 Service of notices 178 Service of notices > A notice referred to in this Regulation may be served on a person— > > > (a) by delivering it to the person personally, or > > > (b) by leaving it at the person’s place of residence last known to the Secretary with someone who apparently resides there, or > > > (c) by leaving it at the person’s place of business or employment last known to the Secretary with someone who is apparently employed there, or > > > (d) by posting it to the person in an envelope addressed to the person at the place of his or her residence, business or employment last known to the Secretary.
