#### 174 Modification of applied provisions of Commonwealth therapeutic goods laws with respect to advertising 174 Modification of applied provisions of Commonwealth therapeutic goods laws with respect to advertising > > (1) Part 2 (Advertisements) of the [Therapeutic Goods Regulations 1990](http://www.legislation.gov.au/) of the Commonwealth is modified in its application as a law of New South Wales to the extent that the Secretary may, by order in writing, exempt any person or substance, or any class of persons or substances, from the requirements of that Part. > > > (2) Such an exemption may be given unconditionally or subject to conditions.
