#### 136 Preparation and handling generally 136 Preparation and handling generally > An authorised practitioner, pharmacist or practitioner of alternative medicine must ensure that— > > > (a) all exposed substances that are prepared or handled on his or her business premises are free from any contamination and from anything that is likely to render them harmful or to have an adverse effect on their efficacy, and > > > (b) all persons that he or she employs in the preparation or handling of exposed substances comply with the requirements of this Division. > > Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
