Tasmania regulation
These regulations update the Poisons Regulations 2018 by incorporating a set of amendments into the authorised version; they take effect when their making is notified in the Gazette (reg 2) and are administered by the Department of Health. Mechanically, the instrument changes which regulatory text applies to persons and businesses governed by the Poisons Regulations 2018 (reg 3) but does not itself publish the substantive amendment wording here (regs 4–9). Any change in compliance costs or obligations depends on the incorporated amendments.

These regulations may be cited as the Poisons Amendment Regulations 2023 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
