Tasmania regulation
This instrument amends the Poisons Regulations 2018, takes effect on the day its making is notified in the Gazette, and names the Poisons Regulations 2018 as the Principal Regulations (regs 1–3). It records that the amendments have been incorporated into the authorised version and that the Department of Health administers the regulations.
