Tasmania regulation
These regulations amend the Poisons Regulations 2018 by incorporating a series of changes into the authorised version of that instrument. They apply to persons and businesses regulated under the Poisons Regulations (for example manufacturers, suppliers, pharmacists); the Department of Health administers the rules and regulated parties will bear any compliance costs arising from the updated text.

These regulations may be cited as the Poisons Amendment (Miscellaneous) Regulations 2022 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
