Tasmania regulation
This instrument is a short amending regulation to the Poisons Regulations 2018. It gives the amendment a title (reg 1), says it starts when its making is published in the Gazette (reg 2), and records that the changes have been folded into the authorised version of the Poisons Regulations 2018 (reg 4). The Department of Health administers the regulations. The text here is procedural: it does not specify new fees or the substantive duties affected by the underlying amendments.
