### 91 Protection from liability > *\[Section 91 Amended by No. 27 of 1984, s. 43 \]**\[Section 91 Amended by No. 5 of 1990, s. 3 and Sched. 1 \]*No act, matter, or thing done or omitted to be done in good faith by the Minister, or by the Secretary, or by any police officer or inspector, in the administration or intended administration of this Act, or in the exercise or performance or intended exercise or performance of any of his or its powers, functions, or duties under this Act, subjects the Minister, or the Secretary, or the police officer or inspector, to any liability (whether civil or criminal) in respect of that act, matter, or thing.
