### 63 Right of owner or buyer to have substance or plant analysed, &c.
> *\[Section 63 Amended by No. 27 of 1984, s. 29 \]*The owner or buyer of a scheduled substance, on payment of a fee according to a scale to be prescribed, is entitled to have the substance analysed and to receive from the analyst a certificate of the result of his analysis or examination.
