54G Renewal of licence
[Section 54G Inserted by No. 40 of 2016, s. 16, Applied:17 Oct 2016]
(1) The holder of a poppy grower's licence may apply to the Board for the renewal of the licence.
(2) The Board may renew, or refuse to renew, a licence to which an application under subsection (1) relates.
(3) [Section 54G Subsection (3) inserted by No. 15 of 2019, Sched. 1, Applied:28 Jun 2019] Notwithstanding section 6(2) , an application for the renewal of a poppy grower’s licence may be made up to 3 months after the expiry of the licence.
