54A Duration of licence

[Section 54A Inserted by No. 40 of 2016, s. 16, Applied:17 Oct 2016] Subject to this Act, a poppy research licence continues in force for 5 years from the date on which it was granted or renewed or a shorter period, if any, specified in the licence or renewal.
