> > > > > > > (c) shall permit an inspector at all reasonable times to inspect that receptacle and the licensee's method of keeping substances to which this section applies; > > > > > > > (d) [*\[Section 27 Subsection (5) amended by No. 23 of 2022, s. 26, Applied:24 Oct 2022\]*](/view/html/inforce/2022-10-24/act-2022-023#GS26@Hpe@EN) shall not sell or supply substances to which this section applies otherwise than in unopened containers bearing the name, and the address of the place of business, of a licensed manufacturing chemist, a licensed wholesale chemist, or a pharmacist, or, in the case of such a substance which was manufactured outside Tasmania, of the manufacturer of the substance; > > > > > > > (b) medicinal poisons; or > > > > > > > (c) potent substances.
