#### 98 Orders for compliance with notices 98 Orders for compliance with notices > > (1) The Commissioner may apply to the District Court for an order— > > > > > (a) compelling a person to comply with a notice, or > > > > > (b) restraining a person from contravening a notice. > > > (2) The Commissioner may do so— > > > > > (a) whether or not proceedings have been brought for an offence against this Act in connection with any matter in relation to which the notice was issued, and > > > > > (b) whether any period for compliance with the notice has expired.
