#### 52 Determination of applications for taxi licences generally 52 Determination of applications for taxi licences generally > > (1) The Commissioner may determine an application for a taxi licence by granting or refusing the application. > > > (2) The Commissioner must not grant an application for a taxi licence unless satisfied that the applicant meets any requirements specified by the regulations. > > > (3) In the case of a joint application for a taxi licence, each person applying for the joint licence must meet the requirements for the licence.
