#### 43 Availability of documents 43 Availability of documents > It is a condition of an authorisation to provide a taxi service or a booking service that the provider keep any records required to be kept by the provider under this Act, or under the [Taxation Administration Act 1996](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1996-097) in its application to the passenger service levy, in this State or in a form that may be accessed from, or made available in, this State.
