#### 40 Conditions of authorisation generally 40 Conditions of authorisation generally > > (1) An authorisation to provide a taxi service or booking service is subject to the following conditions— > > > > > (a) any conditions imposed by the Commissioner and in force from time to time, > > > > > (b) any conditions specified by this Act or prescribed by the regulations. > > > (2) The Commissioner may at any time, by written notice given to an authorised provider, impose a condition on the authorisation or vary or revoke a condition of the authorisation imposed by the Commissioner. > > > (3) The Commissioner must not impose a condition on an authorisation that is inconsistent with this Act or the regulations.
