#### 38 Notice of authorisation decision 38 Notice of authorisation decision > > (1) The Commissioner must give an applicant for authorisation or renewal of an authorisation written notice of the decision on the application. > > > (2) If notice of a decision is not given to an applicant within 90 days of an application being made, the application is taken to have been refused. > > > (3) Subsection (2) does not prevent an application from being granted after the period of 90 days has elapsed.
