#### 146 Appeals to the Local Court 146 Appeals to the Local Court > > (1) A person may appeal to the Local Court against an appellable decision made in relation to the person under this Act. > > > (2) The following decisions under this Act are appellable decisions— > > > > > (a) a decision to issue an audit notice, improvement notice or prohibition notice, > > > > > (b) a decision not to extend the time for compliance with an audit notice or an improvement notice, > > > > > (c) a decision to vary or cancel an audit notice, improvement notice or prohibition notice, > > > > > (d) any other decision prescribed by the regulations for the purposes of this section.
